Pumpkin Bread

This pumpkin bread is easy, healthy, and oh so sweet. Made with whole wheat flour, pumpkin puree, applesauce, and maple syrup to just name a few. This guilt free pumpkin bread is perfect for breakfast or an afternoon snake. This bread will curb your sweet tooth without the added sugar.
So here’s how you make pumpkin bread. Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees (F). Spray a loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside while you prepare the bread.
In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients including whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and pumpkin spice. Stir, until well combined. In a separate bowl, I used my kitchenAid mixer, combine wet ingredients including pumpkin puree, applesauce, maple syrup, coconut oil (melted), and water. Mix until well combined.
Combine your dry mixture into your wet mixture. Stir, until well combined. Place batter in your greased loaf pan and bake for 45-60 minutes or until a toothpick is inserted in the middle and comes out clean. Cool pumpkin bread for at least 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
This pumpkin bread is great on its own but here are some great add ins to this delicious mixture.
